Richard HewsRichard Hews is an Organizational Leadership and Change Coach whose passion is to help leaders realize their organization’s visions in ways that both inspire and develop employees. As founder of Pathways of Growth and a founding partner of Triscendance, Richard develops assessment tools and workshops designed to help leaders open and guide the conversations of trust that are at the heart of every successful endeavor. He also regularly partners with other coaches and consultants on projects – for example leadership development workshops. Newell EatonNewell Eaton partners with leaders to develop innovative organizations committed to creating a healthier world. Since 2004 he has served as a leadership coach, facilitator and trainer with several hundred senior-level leaders.

Newell is a frequent workshop facilitator at creativity and change leadership conferences around the world and has taught leadership courses at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and St Rose College. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the social sciences. A certified master NLP coach he now continues his exploration in advanced leadership coaching through The Institute for Generative Leadership. Newell coaches top level leaders to develop and achieve high impact professional and personal commitments in the context of the daily realities of their organizational life.  His approach might be thought of as co-creating and putting into practice a living, breathing strategic plan for one. He assists leaders to develop the mindset, skillset and toolset they needed to become a successful leader in their unique situation.

Laura McCaffertyLaura McCafferty the Principal of Inspired Coaching & Development and is a certified ontological coach, workshop leader and facilitator. Laura represents a new kind of leader that links action, value, meaning, and healthy spaces for human interaction. She cares deeply about contributing to and cultivating significant growth in others in leadership, team, community, and professional roles to address the current challenges that our world is calling for.

Tess HoranTess Horan is an experienced Professional Coach and Leadership Development Consultant specializing in enhancing the professional growth and leadership skills of executives, managers and teams. Her key areas of expertise include generating collaborative cultures built on trust and increased employee engagement, increasing embodied leadership skills, implementing effective communication systems and improving overall professional relationships. Tess is the Founder of Gateway Coaching, a Professional Coaching and Leadership Development Company, having clients as varied from Finance, Insurance and Real Estate Insurance, to community-based non-profit organizations. Prior to starting Gateway Coaching, she wore many professional hats including Corporate Manager, Small Business Leader, Certified Public Accountant, Consultant and Trainer. She has worked in PricewaterhouseCooper’s consulting practice, a prominent Boston-based real estate advisory firm and a private capital management firm.

Her coaching training includes successful completion of two internationally recognized coach training programs; Coach University (2001) and the Newfield Network (2008). She currently participates in Newfield Network and Generative leadership Institute’s Coaching Excellence in Organizations program. Tess is a coach in the TED Fellows program.
